Obviously, we are all drawn away and busy with whatever, but everyone also seems to be hard-pressed for ideas and such for posting in the main thread. I am proposing that the plot skip ahead to a few weeks from where it is now. In this new time setting, the missing persons will have been found, dead, perhaps, and Shard and a relatively small contingent of troops will set sail. Or perhaps even that could be skipped, so the easier and final parts of the plot can advance. I'm proposing this as an attempt to increase activity on the site. If that isn't enough, I can half the minimum word count from 200 to 100. I am solely responsible for this place until Crystal returns (which will hopefully be soon), and I feel that I have not been fulfilling my duty of keeping it alive. Anyway, tell me what you think of the idea. Suggestions are very welcome, if anyone's still here. I could always mass email again, I suppose. I'll be here every day again, hopefully, starting next Friday, which is my final day of school this semester.

Hey Shard. Y'know, I think that is a really good idea. Also lets someone like me who didn't keep up with the thread (bad bad bad!) enter into it with a little more confidence. Personally, I'd say keep the sailing away part with everyone. It will allow those who are still around to post something so that you know exactly who is actually going to be active in the last part. The word count is a tough one...I'd say keep it at 200, which is not really a reasonably hard goal to reach once you start adding detail into your post. And that's one thing you sure don't want skimped on. I will try to be active, but right now it's a really weird time (going out for some training with the military). However, I'll give it my best shot to be as active as possible. Keep it up, man!

OK, so lets see: we skip ahead a little bit, set sail across the sea, and so what happens to the people who get left behind. I think that there should have two plot lines, much like any Redwall book besides the first one. The part left behind should fight something. Or have a mission to do.

Thanks for replying, guys. Scratch: I think you're right about keeping the voyage. We probably shouldn't make it too long though. Maybe just five or six rounds of posts... Perhaps a random encounter with pirates to liven it up and make it easier to post.
Mark: That could work; however, we may be too few to split in half. Perhaps we could create one or two highishly-ranked characters to stay and guard the Fortress. Another option is to imply that we're carrying our absent members with us; that way they can pop in at any time and be alright.
I'll create a couple of characters, or use a couple of my own, to help bolster the post count and provide more material to post from.
I'm sorry it took me a couple of days to reply; this is my last week of school this semester. Lots of homework and tests and such going on lately.

This idea is perfect. Frankly I wonder why I didn't think of this..... Eh hehe.
But, yeah, this would give us all *cough'Ceptmecough* a good chance to get involved in the plot.
@ Scratch: Totally with you, man beast. The voyage is one of the bits I'm looking forward to, as it will give us more opportunity to get to know the other characters and our characters relationship with them.
@ Mark: Eh.... maybe.
Will finish commentary later.

Right on, then. Good point, Seki. Give me a day or so, and I'll have a draft ready. Then I'll send out another mass email to all our members (maybe), and post it and see if you guys have anything to add.

^ I meant anything to add to the summary, not the email. >_>
I'll have it done late today or early tomorrow. Probably today. I'm going to go see Avatar this afternoon. ^^;

Hey guys. I have 2 full days of internet access! Yay. Anyhow... I like this idea, as it might get the place somewhere. Also, everyone, please try to advertise the site... D: I know I'm not here much, but when I am, I want to see happy RPers RPing. Not a sad ghost town! Also, an update on my internet status: I've had people out at my place to hook it up, but there are some technical difficulties. Hopefully I will be back soon. D:

Hello *is somewhat here* uhhhh... I agree with Scratch, give everyone a chance to hop in again. About the two storylines thing, that would get kind of complicated having to keep up with both with not enough active members to make that sort of big event. There's my two cents.
